Understanding the value of transparent communication, we kindly urge you to carefully peruse our terms and conditions. By availing yourself of Figma2HTML (F2H) services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.

Payment Terms:

The quotations extended to our clients remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Our service charges are precisely defined in the project quotation. Figma2HTML enforces the following payment terms for our esteemed clients:

1. A 50% upfront payment is required upon project approval to initiate development and conversion-related services.
2. The remaining payment is to be settled upon project completion, prior to final file delivery, server installation, or going live.
3. Should the necessity arise for us to operate on your or your client's server, a 100% upfront payment is mandatory, without room for negotiation.
4. Multiple payment modes are at your disposal: PayPal Payment Form, Stripe for credit card transactions, and wire transfer (to circumvent additional charges).
5. Receipt of payment is tantamount to acceptance of the quote, project milestones, delivery, and our terms and conditions.

Note:

We have a flat offer like a 10% discount for new clients.

Refunds Policy:

Figma2HTML retains the prerogative to engage in discussions and effectuate refunds for an appropriate proportion of the amount disbursed by clients for requested services. The policy delineation is as follows:

1. If work is paused and a refund is requested within four days, the work completed will be invoiced at an hourly rate (as specified in your quote or invoice).
2. The deducted amount will be subtracted from your initial payment, with the balance being refunded through the original payment mode.
3. In cases where the work exceeds the amount initially covered by the upfront payment, you will be responsible for the remuneration of the entire work completed at the stipulated hourly rate.
4. A completed project, job, or assignment uploaded to your or your client's web host or server is exempt from refund eligibility.

Work Schedule:

Our team of professionals adheres to a standard work schedule, which may flex depending on project size and scope. While the schedule is subject to change based on workload fluctuations, the typical work schedule at F2H encompasses the following:

Delivery Timelines:

Development projects are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, though variations may occur based on project size. For conversion services, projects are delivered within defined business days, as indicated on the order page. Non-responsive conversion projects typically entail an 8-hour turnaround for the first page, while responsive projects involve a 12-hour turnaround. Additional pages usually require 3–4 working hours, depending on their intricacy and specifications.

Support and Maintenance:

The provided quotation encompasses site installation and setup on your server. However, subsequent server updates, management, and support issues are your sole responsibility. We assure the compatibility of each project with the latest browser versions and platforms.

Kindly note that we do not offer technical support for web hosting or related services. For matters beyond design and development, we are more than willing to assist.

Website Content:

Figma2HTML abstains from engaging in projects containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Clients are obligated to confirm ownership of all provided content, including text, graphics, images, designs, and trademarks. Upon project development completion, clients are furnished with a copy of all pertinent files. It is advised to retain these files, as we do not retain possession of them.

Inclusion in the portfolio:

We retain the right to exhibit and link to your completed project in our portfolio and across various platforms, such as websites, social media, online portals, articles, and publications. The inclusion of links does not constitute endorsement of the expressed views.

Please note: In cases where a non-disclosure agreement is in effect, we uphold confidentiality and abstain from displaying your work, including on our website.
